Wild cooking workshop in Parcent - 2nd Agroecological and Local Products Fair

WILD COOKING WORKSHOP
The plants around us have traditional names, uses and properties that we shouldn’t let fade into oblivion. It’s valuable to learn foraging techniques and which parts are useful — from roots to flowers, leaves, fruits and seeds.

Let’s fight climate change by using seasonal wild herbs and sharing recipe ideas to prepare delicious dishes at home with local (KM 0) ingredients.
