Showcooking in Parcent -2nd Agroecological and Local Products Fair

SHOWCOOKING

This showcooking workshop offers an interactive culinary experience. Participants will learn to prepare traditional dishes from the local area, especially from the Marina Alta region, while watching a live demonstration by Vicent Mengual, head chef of Hotel Alahuar.
After the session, everyone will get to taste the dishes and share the experience together.
